1:1 coaching excellence
When Walsall Metropoltan Borough Council identified the opportunity to deliver 1:1 coaching to private care home managers, Eat the Elephant were given the opportunity to help plan a series of coaching sessions that got to the root of the managers professional development needs.
Over a 4 month period, Eat the Elephant delivered individually focused 1:1 coaching sessions to managers using the coaching expertise so well known as a company expertise
The team introduced behavioural diagnostics, and management self awareness techniques to develop a focus on specific development needs, and to develop the real performance areas that mattered to the individuals and their business

Following this activity Eat the Elephant have also been successful in gaining the position as a preferred management development provider over the next few years with Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council, supporting their continuous development programmes.
