Attendance on this programme has allowed me to develop both personally and professionally by exposure to a variety of management strategies and techniques. This experience has encouraged me to critically analyse my attitude and approach to differing scenarios, consider my position of manager within in the framework of both the unit I run and the organisation itself, and has improved my self esteem immensely.

The delivery of the course has been professional, varied, interesting and fun! The facilitators take their work very seriously and aim to ensure all the attendees learning needs are met.

This is no mean feat considering the differing professional backgrounds, ages and academic abilities that the classroom holds. Support, should you require it, was always at hand. The assignments set assisted in the consolidation of teaching objectives, and again allowed critical analysis of your own performance and viewpoint towards both management issues and teamwork itself.

I would highly recommend this course for any manager – either new or experienced. I have enjoyed my time on the programme, forged future support networks, made good friends and now have a body of knowledge that I was previously lacking, and which can take me forward in my position of manager within NCC.
