You were terrific, up there with the best

I would just like to convey in words how much I enjoyed the Health & Safety Level 3 course that you ran at Loughborough.   

Health & Safety doesn’t always float peoples boat but unfortunately it touches our lives wherever we go….. but as sad as it sounds I am very interested in the subject but that was really enhanced by you.  

I have attended many courses over the last +20 years  but I have to say you where terrific, I would certainly place you up there with the best.  Your delivery was great, although a serious subject it is you injected humour and I was really impressed with your knowledge and how you where so aware of the people within the group and how you supported them ( a very special skill indeed).

I thoroughly enjoyed my three days with you and I do know that many others did as well, including those who didn’t really want to be there!

I sincerely hope that we get to use your talents again and I would like to thank you for putting up with us and me and your patience. I am really pleased with the success rate of those who passed and I think the points above was a key factor in the success, and although some didn’t make the grade they are applying some of the learning’s from the three days – so thank you!
