Victory Services Club – London

Victory Services Club in the heart of London wanted to develop their 30 strong management team as ‘one team’.

Using a combination of behavioural diagnostics, and our successful self awareness and behavioural modification programme we worked together to positively influence people performance, team networking and the way that the total management team pulled together.

Following this in May 2009 we implemented a similar delivery to assistant managers and junior managers engagaed with the middle mnagement team to develop gretaer collaborative wortking and self awareness to influence performance results.

A team audit was implemented amongst the middle managers focussing upon specific skills that the team needed to develop to further hit business targets – great success !
