The need to develop team leaders and management teams is seen by Paul Miller, Contact Centre Director as a fundamental opportunity to ensure that the customer contact initiative based in Nottinghamshire is a ‘people’ success.
Eat the Elephant introduced behavioural profiling as a people development opportunity for Paul, his contact centre manager Louise, and her team managers to develop outstanding communication, and people collaboration skill.
The team are undertaking the highly successful self awareness and behavioural modification development workshop which will not only develop closer working ties but also develop the people skills within the team.
I did my first feedback session this afternoon and it went really well……The whole thing lasted about 55 minutes and she was really pleased – “I could have written it myself” but very personal.
