Following the introduction of behavioural profiling into the organisation through Eat the Elephant during the early part of 2008, Wendy and her fellow directors have developed a cross company desire to increase the business performance through both new and existing business, capitalising on all opportunities
Fundamentally Wendy has seen the development of her team in grabbing business opportunities as a key part of the business future success.
One of the opportunities has been to bring in Eat the Elephant to run Powerful Presentations programmes and Sales development programmes to help the services and sales teams within the business to meet both their own and the business performance expectations
Crucially the development programme has captured both the business and individual imagination providing an outstanding development opportunity for the team across company
