The Eat the Elephant team provides specialist support within the following key people areas:
- Development of personal effectiveness – individuals and teams.
- Development of excellent value adding teams.
- Development of leadership and management skills.
- Development of excellent behaviours, attitudes and communication skills amongst individuals and teams.
Our team have experience of supporting the development of team members within both public and private sector organisations. Our development workshops become a practical tool to move forward with sustainably and consistently. Team members buy into and engage with being involved with something special.
In essence we help to develop existing areas that are good, and provide opportunities to practically improve the other more challenging areas. The aim is to allow people to feel they can act differently following an Eat the Elephant intervention.
