Sue is an outstanding and culturally aware management development professional with an approachable and participative training and consultancy style. Sue’s background is in people excellence, operational management and as a result is business focused offering operational solutions.

Sue has specific experience of delivering business planning and values based commitment workshops to direct services groups within council environments.

Sue has been involved with supporting and developing supervisors and managers for over 15 years as a training consultant and prior to that as a Manager within the Service sector, working in a management role for organisations such as; James Beattie Ltd; NHS and Asda Her key successes have ensured the consistent delivery of high standards of customer care, this role involved: setting standards; implementing procedures; developing the team; monitoring both service delivery standards and team and individual performance; managing performance to ensure consistency.

Sue has worked with organisations where her role has been to assist them to identify both individual and organisational development needs and then deliver and support practical solutions to meet those needs.

Specialist skills include developing managers to practically deliver through people, CIEH certification and Health and Safety legislation.
