Sally Prescott CIPD
Sally has 23 years of energetic experience of working within the hospitality industry.
Her passion lies in enabling people to reach their peak performance. She has led teams within Forte, Granada, Intercontinental, The Savoy and Jumeirah to success – for the benefit of both the organisations and individuals.
Sally is CIPD qualified and now specialises in Learning and Development. In her experience the focus on the team to deliver exceptional customer service is the base for all businesses and is not exclusive to the hospitality industry.
Sally is an ICF qualified coach and member of the International Coaching Federation. She and her clients are astounded by the power of the coaching relationship. Sally believes that coaching is not exclusive to sporting professionals to attain their ultimate (and more) in performance. Coaching is for everyone who wants it, whether they are starting out in their career, mid way through or dealing with situations at home which may affect their professional/personal goals.
Given the right environment, Sally believes that individuals, teams and organisations can truly flourish and grow. Sally is a licensed facilitator with Franklin Covey and delivers ‘The 7 Habits of Highly Effectively People’, ‘The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teenagers’ and their ‘Great Leaders, Great Teams, Great Results’ programme which is designed and renowned for guiding people to drive and deliver amazing results.
Sally facilitates various other leadership, customer service and well being programmes, which are delivered with energy and fun. She is also an active volunteer for Radio Lollipop, which is a charity whose volunteers provide care, comfort, play and entertainment for sick children in hospital. For 19 years Sally has recruited, trained, presented, organised conferences and helped the charity to reach more sick children across the world.
