Martin has specialist transformational change management experience and a successful record within developmental coaching, behavioural development and self awareness. He has been instrumental in supporting people to understand the high impact of people development to business performance success both within the public and private sectors.

Holding certified ABNLP status, Martin’s professional expertise spans across personal effectiveness, and communication excellence to developing effective relationships through great self awareness and modification of behaviours. He is a licensed behavioural profiling, emotional intelligence and 360 degree feedback specialist which when linked to 25 years ‘corporate’ experience adds great value to clients.

His current professional interests are in researching the impact of self awareness, and behaviour modification within organisations particularly relative to management and senior executive roles.

Martin Rafe holds a BA, DMS, ACIB and CertRP qualifications in addition to having completing many other personal and business development programmes.

Martin’s major people development success includes:

People development experience within major change programmes. Headed up 3 major change teams, managing both planning and people aspects to deliver outstanding behavioural and team performance results.

Instrumental in many people development strategies focussing on ‘customer first’ initiatives.

Held people development roles within:

Atkins, National Express, Cahoot Internet Bank, Severn Trent Water, Marks and Spencer and National Westminster Bank, being instrumental in evaluation and development of ‘people’ resource, process and delivery to meet service needs.
