Alison is an exciting and talented training and development professional who brings both experience and a real sense of enjoyment to our action learning initiatives.
Alison provides high quality training and development to a range of clients from small businesses to large multinational companies.
She specialises in management and personal development, leadership skills and facilitation.
She also has considerable experience in the design and delivery of a variety of workshops,programmes and development centres to enhance the skills, knowledge and attitude at all levels within the business environment. The approach taken to development is dynamic, inspirational and fun – using techniques such as NLP & Accelerated learning.
Alison has a BA (Hons) in Economics and Sociology, is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development, NLP Master Practitioner and Qualified Coach with the Institute of Leadership and Management. She is to qualified to the British Psychological Society certificate level B and can deliver SHL OPQ, Myers Briggs MBTI and the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI).
Alison also holds NVQ D32 and D33 and is a key part of our Institute of Leadership and Management accredited programmes.
