Current Positions Available:
Training and Development Manager
Lichfield / Midlands base
Salary £32k – £40k pro rate depending upon experience
4Â days per week with flex to work up to 5 days as required
We are currently seeking to expand our outstanding team with an experienced trainer to work on a 4 day per week employed status as training and development manager (with flex to work up to 5 days as required).
You will have a demonstrable experience of writing and delivering outstanding management development workshops within a variety of sectors.
You may have been working as a freelance trainer or are looking to join an organisation where you can develop further within a variety of sectors (you will already have experience in management development).
Required experience:
Writing and delivering practical and fun training development initiatives, being able to develop team leader and middle management roles.
Evidenced previous experience in operating as a team leader or manager of people.
We would also desire you to have a coaching qualification and/or experience in devising and delivering accredited workshops eg ilm/CMI.
It is essential that you will have your own transport and be prepared to travel within primarily the UK.
